Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,129 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24C, ZSWIM8, and PARG. Each is linked with NDST2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST2-to-partner and partner-to-NDST2 results are reported.
