Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 622 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH, DYNAP, and OR52K2. Each is linked with NDST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST2-to-partner and partner-to-NDST2 results are reported.
