Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,102 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN8, FSTL1, and TGFBI. Each is linked with NDST1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST1-to-partner and partner-to-NDST1 results are reported.
