NDST1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,134 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, TMEM97, and EME1. Each is linked with NDST1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST1-to-partner and partner-to-NDST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDST1 versus GINS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
