NDST1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,420 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSRC2, SLC4A1AP, and TAF10. Each is linked with NDST1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST1-to-partner and partner-to-NDST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDST1 versus RSRC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
