Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,223 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B2, ZFPL1, and LRRC59. Each is linked with NDST1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST1-to-partner and partner-to-NDST1 results are reported.
