Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,676 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with NDST1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST1-to-partner and partner-to-NDST1 results are reported.
