Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,955 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP biosynthetic process, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with NDST1-AS1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-NDST1-AS1 results are reported.
