The most reproducible NDRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOVL4, CYP4F11, and ALOX12B. Each is linked with NDRG4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG4-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG4 results are reported.
