Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,902 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PER1, GPR3, and SETD3. Each is linked with NDRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG4-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PER1 grouped by NDRG4-low versus NDRG4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
