Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MIG-6, and Smad3. Each is linked with NDRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG4-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG4 results are reported.
