Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,204 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Protein stabilization, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NDRG4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG4-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG4 results are reported.
