Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRM6, DYDC1, and SPEM1. Each is linked with NDRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG2-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG2 results are reported.
