Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, IL22, and SCGB3A2. Each is linked with NDRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDRG1-to-partner and partner-to-NDRG1 results are reported.
