Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDP data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NDP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and SARC are the cancer types where NDP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
