Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,328 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Integrin-mediated signaling pathway, Positive regulation of collagen metabolic process, and Regulation of collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NDP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDP-to-partner and partner-to-NDP results are reported.
