Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDN protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,425 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANTXR2, RSU1, and SEPTIN2. Each is linked with NDN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDN-to-partner and partner-to-NDN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDN versus ANTXR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
