NDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,824 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, SFXN4, and KMT5A. Each is linked with NDN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDN-to-partner and partner-to-NDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by NDN-low versus NDN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
