Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,960 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleic acid catabolic process, Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with NDN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDN-to-partner and partner-to-NDN results are reported.
