NDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 318 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIPOQ, NANOGNB, and SRRD. Each is linked with NDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDN-to-partner and partner-to-NDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADIPOQ grouped by NDN-low versus NDN-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
