Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDFIP2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NDFIP2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NDFIP2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDFIP2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and KIRP show a favorable association.

SKCM, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where NDFIP2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
