Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDEL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,383 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NANP, SOX12, and LINC02245. Each is linked with NDEL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDEL1-to-partner and partner-to-NDEL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDEL1 versus NANP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
