NDEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,047 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4F36P, TRAJ5, and RNU6-380P. Each is linked with NDEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDEL1-to-partner and partner-to-NDEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP4F36P grouped by NDEL1-low versus NDEL1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
