NCOR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, p70-S6K, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with NCOR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOR1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by NCOR1-low versus NCOR1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
