Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,631 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3C, TMA16, and MT-CO3. Each is linked with NCOR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOR1-to-partner and partner-to-NCOR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEX3C grouped by NCOR1-low versus NCOR1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
