NCOA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,910 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA7_S179, NCOA7_S89, and RPS25. Each is linked with NCOA7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA7-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA7 versus NCOA7_S179 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
