NCOA7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCOA7-AS1, PPP1R16B, and FAM184A. Each is linked with NCOA7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA7-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCOA7 versus NCOA7-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
