NCOA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCOA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 426 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHISA6, IL36B, and CFC1. Each is linked with NCOA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA7-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHISA6 grouped by NCOA7-low versus NCOA7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
