Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCOA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, KHDC3L, and CHRNA2. Each is linked with NCOA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA5-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA5 results are reported.
