NCOA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCOA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,614 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKIP1, ITGB1BP1, and MIR6766. Each is linked with NCOA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA3-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKIP1 grouped by NCOA3-low versus NCOA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
