Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCOA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,946 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vitamin D receptor signaling pathway, Endosomal transport, and Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with NCOA3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA3-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA3 results are reported.
