NCOA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCOA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCOA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3B, REG1B, and OR4D11. Each is linked with NCOA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCOA3-to-partner and partner-to-NCOA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3B grouped by NCOA3-low versus NCOA3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCOA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCOA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
