NCL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,888 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL19, WDR75, and CEBPZ. Each is linked with NCL in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCL-to-partner and partner-to-NCL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCL versus MRPL19 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
