NCL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,094 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL_S67, UTP4, and MCM2. Each is linked with NCL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCL-to-partner and partner-to-NCL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCL versus NCL_S67 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
