Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCL protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,268 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPHOSPH10, MRTO4, and MSH6. Each is linked with NCL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCL-to-partner and partner-to-NCL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCL versus MPHOSPH10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
