NCL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,851 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with NCL in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCL-to-partner and partner-to-NCL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I grouped by NCL-low versus NCL-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 4,851 associations by consensus.
