Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCKAP5L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NCKAP5L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher NCKAP5L mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCKAP5L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PDAC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where NCKAP5L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
