Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCKAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 222 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH2, TBC1D3H, and C20orf173. Each is linked with NCKAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCKAP1 results are reported.
