NCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,114 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UMPS, DHX36, and DBR1. Each is linked with NCK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK1-to-partner and partner-to-NCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCK1 versus UMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
