NCK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,949 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR5, ARMC8, and SEC22A. Each is linked with NCK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK1-to-partner and partner-to-NCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCK1 versus TLR5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
