NCK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDI2, OR5AK2, and SMCP. Each is linked with NCK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCK1-to-partner and partner-to-NCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IDI2 grouped by NCK1-low versus NCK1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
