Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 619 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6P1, SNORA1B, and RPL21P41. Each is linked with NCF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF4-to-partner and partner-to-NCF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6P1 grouped by NCF4-low versus NCF4-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
