Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,572 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF1B, HLA-DMA, and HLA-DPB1. Each is linked with NCF1C in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF1C-to-partner and partner-to-NCF1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCF1C versus NCF1B in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
