NCF1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCF1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,874 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCF1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGAP9, and PLEK. Each is linked with NCF1C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCF1C-to-partner and partner-to-NCF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCF1C versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
