Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCF1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NCF1B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher NCF1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCF1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LGG, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where NCF1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
