NCDN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCDN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,999 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf89, KIAA0319L, and MYOZ1. Each is linked with NCDN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCDN-to-partner and partner-to-NCDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCDN versus C16orf89 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
