NCDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,597 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP12, RPS27L, and RNASEK. Each is linked with NCDN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCDN-to-partner and partner-to-NCDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP12 grouped by NCDN-low versus NCDN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
