Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCCRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 267 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCCRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST8, RNU6-75P, and RN7SL163P. Each is linked with NCCRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCCRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCCRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCCRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCCRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
