The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NCBP2L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCBP2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and BLCA are the cancer types where NCBP2L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
