Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCBP2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Heregulin, and MEK1. Each is linked with NCBP2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP2L-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by NCBP2L-low versus NCBP2L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
